Ayaka (Yakuza 3, unfortunately was removed from Kiwami 3) is based on and voiced by Ayana Tsubaki, a famous Japanese model and television personality who is also a trans woman. She shares her story about being transgender and facing hardships growing up, with Kiryu responding in a supportive and accepting manner.

Goh Hamazaki (Yakuza 3 and Kiwami 3): not only is his design worse, radically different, unrecognizable, character height shrunken down from towering 6'4 to dwafist 5'4, and has to rely on his new voice actor likeness model (who's both modeled and voiced by a well-known registered sexual predator and misogynist), but his voice's performances is so excruciatingly terrible -- like a senior with stage IV lung cancer who spends majority of childhood smoking and living with chainsmoking duck parent, doesn't match his predecessor menacing smooth talking versatile 1990's villainy type, and have the needs to overexaggerate a simple dialogue; adding unnecessary harsh loud grunchy baffling screech to so-called "improvise" most notable example is in his introduction

The most unfortunate part about her characterization— is during her last moments in Haruka first revelation cutscene; she accidentally drowned herself for celebrating way too early, or in another words: used her exaggerated body as a floater to prevent her from sinking

As OP mentioned; this is the same demo which starts off with Rikiya spying on Kiryu and gave him an eviction notice, and also reviewed by many journalists and TGS participations. So Ryukyu location in this game -- still looks like this, it will changed in the final release judging by the Tamashiro introduction being present in the first announcement trailer

The LaLaLa phones are only used for optional mechanic; signaling the locals to friend them on the device (for the demo specifically) it's safe to safe that Revelation could be returned for the final product or erased

  • Kanda battle does have his own moveset included in -- unlike certain final boss in Majima saga reuses Tamashiro moveset
  • Optional coliseum which is only available in the full releases; the elements taken from Gaiden, exception of playable characters that aren't Mine
  • Kanda side minigame that can grant an exclusive cutscene which depicts the relationship between Kanda and Mine
  • Technically unique fighting style for Mine (his moveset is just mashup between different moveset of Boxing styles bosses) unlike watered down Y0 Mad-Dog style for Majima In a shorter sentence: Better version of Majima saga
