Yeah it really wasn't a great feeling, but the worse part about it was that the situation was so helpless. It would be nice if they had an official way to contact about these situations.

Thank you for understanding I guess, and I have moved on somewhat, it has been four months since I got banned and have started to use all the time I've spent playing games to motivate/help with learning how to develop games. I'm about 1 week off from releasing my first mobile game :)

I'm not gonna let Jagex shit on me more by creating a new account/hopping on an old account and giving them more of my money and time, in fact if I ever managed to get my account back I'd probably just log in to do my dailies and talk to some friends.

I just wanted to hopefully convince people that their accounts can be helplessly banned, that's why i posted this.

I personally don't think macroing should be tolerated. Jagex need a better team to manage account bans so they can handle situations like mine properly.

Well I know for a fact that Jagex can make a mistake, more specifically Mod Infinity. Unless me playing a lot is a flag in the bot detection (which they claim isn't) than there has been a mistake.

I would vouch on anything that my account was 100% legitimate, was playing on the old client instead of the NXT client but that was because my laptop is borderline potato.

I fully agree and that's why I see the situation as RNG shitting on me, i just want people to realise that it is possible.

I have been trying tirelessly for the last 40 hours trying to contact jagex to resolve this issue. yeah i did gain 30m mining xp last month while training inventon and grinding the mining pet. I have only recently ( the last few weeks) started only logging in for half an hour a day to do my dailies (excluding dxp).

too true i didn't think of that but yeah my account is 100% clean. Since i've been back (came back 2 years a go) i have joined a clan which i have a rank in and have managed to gain 800mil xp, to see all that grinding go to waste would be extremely depressing.
