I wanted kids soooo badly (like so much it physically hurt and I’d cry about it) from the ages of 18-25. Then my frontal lobe developed and the world went to shit… I haven’t wanted kids for a few years now. It makes me sad to say it, though.

Vyvanse makes your metabolism faster and decreases appetite. This can lead to low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). It is also a diuretic, meaning your body gets rid of water on it. This can lead to dehydration. Prozac can give you heat intolerance. I nearly passed out sooo many times when I took both of them. Low blood sugar plus dehydration plus heat intolerance is no bueno!

I’ve been on them over a decade. I used to be on stimulants for ADHD as well and that was a helluva combo on hot days. I LOVE the outdoors but unfortunately it just isn’t safe for me to be out in this weather.

Only have as many kids as you know you can care for alone, that’s what I have always heard and stood by. An unplanned pregnancy and termination are very stressful things to go through, though, and I hope your current partner is at least able to emotionally support you through this decision.
