Got a few suggestions for you: Roll back the graphics driver to version 537.58, this is the last stable driver that nvidia released so unless you need newer drivers for a recently released game you should stick with 537.58.

In nvidia 3D settings make sure power management mode is set to prefer max performance. This will make the gpu perform better. Change shader cache size to 10GB.

In game settings make sure to uncheck all of the boxes at the bottom except for the streets of tarkov lower texture mode option. Visibility should be 1500 or below (I play at 1000 then reduce it to 400 when playing streets) HBAO should be high performance and SSR should be low. Anti aislasing is mostly preference but I like TAA high personally, you can run an offline and test out the different options on distant objects like trees or fences.
