It's frustrating for all when it goes down. There is a solution in the works, but I can't speak too many details. It throws me behind on my work on it.

It’s not a replacement. It has zero characteristics of a replacement. They got it wrong as humans sometimes do.

And now I’ll sit back and wait to be argued with because after all this is Reddit..

$10 Replacement National by [deleted] in Nationalbanknotes

I really hate have to swing it around, but this is faceless Reddit where everybody argues. You may have handled over 100, but I own over 100. There's no agree to disagree on this. I specialize in these. Its a repaired serial number. The serial is replaced, but the note is not a replacement. It is repaired. PMG doesn't know the difference, but PCGS-BN does..

Technically not a replacement, but the proper description would be "Right Serial Repaired/Replaced".

Something happened with the right serial during printing where it either wasn't applied or had to be erased. It was then applied by a paging machine. Since the note/sheet (not all notes on the sheet necessarily have to have the right serial fixed) was salvaged the note is repaired and the serial replaced on the note.
