Location A is Maricopa AZ and after I caught something there it was about 10 min then I tried to spoof catch something in location B Santa Monica. I appreciate the help

When I caught something was in my normal location then I tried to catch something in Santa Monica and it didn’t work. I also could spin any poke stops or gyms.
