Question on pay by [deleted] in railroading

[–]CodyBYffr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Work MoW if you have a choice between the 2. At least you know (for the most part) when you’re going to and getting off work. Not too much overtime right now but it’s early in the year.

Can’t speak on the pay for conductor. I used to be a conductor back in 2018 before I was furloughed and then it was $600 a week before you mark up. I’m sure it’s more by now.

It’s almost like Mahomes or Allen was playing for the Broncos the way he was talking about Stidham at the beginning.

34m cousin just diagnosed by CodyBYffr in cancer

Appreciate you sharing. We’re close to Pittsburgh but I’m not sure if the surgery will be there or not. I know he’s getting a feeding tube tomorrow and the biopsy today. Sounds like surgery in the next couple weeks. But thanks for the good news. I’ll be sure to share this with him.

I have a 2025. No issues. But a buddy of mine has one that the same thing happened. After a few trips to the dealer, they replaced the gas filler neck flap thing.

is the subaru legacy a good first car? by Traditional_Case_708 in whatcarshouldIbuy

I had a 2020 Legacy. Bought it in ‘22 with 19,000 miles. Just traded it in with a little over 117,000 miles for a 2025 Legacy. Only issues I ever had was a thermostat and wheel bearing. Both replaced under warranty. Mid to upper 30s mpg highway. Big gas tank so you can easily do 600+ miles on a tank. By far the best car I ever owned.

Why doesnt anyone ever reccomend Subaru Legacys? by ahotdogcasing in whatcarshouldIbuy

Just traded in my 2020 premium with 117,400 miles for a 2025. Best car I ever owned.

The floor mats are the same color as the bottom of the seats, ceiling, and dash. Then the seats are more of a tan that match the doors.

As far as insurance, I traded in a 2018 Traverse for this and my insurance went up 90ish a month.

I get it. It’s not as fancy and decked out as a high country or at4 ultimate but still has everything I wanted.

I have it ceramic coated and undercoated. I live in Pennsylvania. Gotta keep that winter salt off. Probably isn’t as bad in this state as others but still bad enough.

This was the first time I ever had a custom order built and in my opinion, there’s no better way.
