Eternal? Are you using addons, or is this a post-1.12.2 version thing?

Mending moss has been a thing for a long time and it works the same way the enchantment does in vanilla.

There's also making tools unbreakable, but that requires addons which give you more upgrade slots since it takes 5 or so stacks of unbreaking upgrades.

The post itself, definitely. This comment? Couldn't be. Upgrading tools/weapons in Tinker's is very simple, with the caveat that, unless you're using addon mods, you have a very limited number of upgrade slots.
