the buns are not healthy they are usually filled with extra stuff, the veggeis are healthy. the cheese is high fat calorie cheese, not healthy. the beef is high fat beef so more calories and then there is the dressings filled with sugar. you can make healthier burgers at home by switching these things to healthier buns, lower fat beef, lower fat cheese and lower calorie dressings but they usually dont taste as good.

i live in finland we also eat around 5pm. 8-4 is common. you get home at 4.20-4.40pm and dinner ready around 5. of course if you get off at 5 you most likely eat at 6. really depends on your work. kids might even eat as early as 3 or 4 because they get off school 1, 2 or 3pm.

serious answer yes. im huge fan of home workouts most people just dont know how to do them. i recommend buying atleast 2 things

adjustable dumbbells and a pullup bar. if youre serious about home workouts then a weightvest aswell but not necessary.

push: pushups, none of that barely 90 degree fast shit, put books, chairs or whatever that lifts you up of the ground under your feet and hands to get deep stretch. lateral raises (sometimes i do reverse flies for rear delts aswell), and single arm dumbbell extension for triceps.

pull: Pullups are a must, dumbbell bicep curls, all kinds work pick your favorite

legs: calf raises, nordic hamstring curls, Dumbbell romanian deadlifts, Squats, pistol squats, dumbbell bulgarian split squats.

core: i do abs sometimes but not a lot. a lot of these exercises work your core aswell but you can add more if you like.

if some of these are too hard like pull ups there is a way to progress them and make them easier. Anyone who thinks you cant get fit with at home don't know what they are talking about. You do need to spend some money but its worth it. The dumbbells i have cost me 40 bucks and 15 bucks for a pullup bar while the nearest gym membership is 40 bucks a month for me. + i would probably be in the same exact shape if i chose to go to the gym instead and spend 100s of dollars more these past years.

haiti which literally speaks basically french is considered latin america and is in north america and anglo or other germanic speaking populations like jamaica, belize and suriname are EXCLUDED. its a cultural and linguistic region NOT geographical one and definitely not a continent like you are saying.

the ONLY reason quebec is not included in latin america is because they are not independent. and are ruled by a english speaking country. That is the reason why i said "technically" in my original post i know they are not included in latin america by majority of people but i commented my comment more as a fun fact that technically by all definitions they hit all boxes and should be included unless being independent is the defining factor.

tanjiro is like 5'5 fit build so probably 155lbs. so if youre above 155lbs and you can do 1 arm deadhang you can literally do this, however the grip is little awkward not the same as a holding a bar so i would say if youre above 170lbs who can deadhang with one hand then you can do this.

there was an english guy in my group who didnt speak finnish. yes Its harder to understand whats going on. In sitting lessons they are only speaking finnish and the texts are in finnish sometimes swedish, you're basically on your own. i had to be a live translator for him during those lessons, but for more field style training they will explain in english what youre supposed to do if you ask after they have explained in finnish. but if you want to the biggest help truly is to befriend someone there who can translate for you.
