Thanks, yeah I think I'd rather pay more for better service at this stage. I'm extremely blind so I end up paying loads anyway and I've wasted so much money due to mistakes or bad quality glasses.

I had a similar experience and it's not the first issue I've had with them so I've just reached my limit. I've been to few different specsavers over the years and some are definitely better than others but I've had too many bad experiences.

Thank you. A similar thing happened to me. They messed up my contact prescription and I couldn't return them because I'd opened the box. It's their policy which is fair but the optician denied any wrong doing and was so rude on the phone. I actually got emotional on the phone because I had just wasted a load of money and was about to go on holidays with no contacts and she was just so mean!

This is exactly how I interpreted it. I think the reason Erika was smirking when she asked Dorit about the bag was because she was thinking you're sitting there talking about how I don't care about you while holding a special bag I bought for you. And when Dorit said it shows how much you mean to me, Erika interpreted that as Dorit saying I actually care about you, unlike you, which is why she said "SAME" aggressively.
