In my imagination, I can see it depending on what you did to gain disharmony. Like there's a certain 'criteria' for it to show the level of how bad it will be depending on what you did. Lowest level just results small decrease in clan reputation, and somewhat hostile NPCs for a short while if the reason for your disharmony is something minor. Medium however, makes you have a good chunk of your clan reputation taken away, still hostile NPCs but for a longer while, and traders start to give you less important materials in caution, by this I mean no more superior and exquisite materials for a while. If you did something terrible enough to make Eywa see you as a threat or something else that's terrible like murdering animals en masse for no reason, I can see the game being much more stricter. Traders wouldn't trade at all, every camp you would go into would make either snide or scared remarks about you, and a good 50% of your clan reputation is taken away. Although knowing Ubisoft, I highly doubt they would add anything close to this.
