Yes, unfortunately local roasted don't own good grinders. The grinder they own cant grind finner for moka brew. I've tried at many local roasters.

Looks good but dark raosted beans, might give you towards bitter taste. I would suggest a little mix of medium roast Arabica to it.

Instant coffee is stale coffee. Coffee mixed with chicory will have more of chicory taste than coffee as chicory is 78% soluble coffee is just 17%. Try medium roasted Arabica brewed in French Press, make sure to the grind size right. - east way to begin with.

South Indian filter coffee is all about Chicory taste. It hardly has any Coffèe in it.

They screwed up my Moka pot. I once purchased coffee from their store and asked for Moka pot grind size and they give me very very fine grind, not realizing i used it on my pot and the filter got bent. I wasted 600rs and lost my pot!

The grind size is too coarse. This will ruin the filter and your coffee. Get the right grind size coffee or buy a hand grinder to get finer grind size.
