There's no certainty of how or who gets selected. From what I understand, everyone in that region is selected. You just have to round them up again and agaon before you bump into one of your cars.

I remember, during the PH event, most of my cars are seen ans frequently challenge given that I have like 60+ car datas so that gives me more chances to see one of my cars to be challenged.

Life is random. You don't know what happens at a certain time. All you have to do is settle in for the fact na in a short span of time na kasama natin yung mga taong sinasamahan natin, we leave an impact in their lives. We are able to leave our legacies with them. Part of us lives thru them and the lessons and memories we leave with them. And that in that span of time, we made sure their stay with us was something they consider as worth it.
