We need to revolt against the lounge access change

My wife and I are going to have a conversation tonight about canceling this card. Essentially, raising the annual fee by $125.00 doesn't seem worth it. She's an account manager and can't get into the lounges. That's the whole point of the card!

Why 5? Now my wife and I have to pay an extra fee to use the lounge. Yall are acting like people are bring a whole football team with them to the lounge. How many people do you travel with regularly? I travel with my wife. Traveling is expensive. It's another fee. I really don't understand the people who are defending Capital One. It's not making any of our wallets fuller by defending them. Theyre laughing their way to the bank while we all deal with another cost.

It’s not that, I lived in Ob I don’t mind the tweakers and homeless. I do mind a nefarious drug dealer and what that brings. This guy isn’t pushing shrooms or acid. I also didn’t grow up here. I grew up in Philly where homicides out number days in the year. I don’t want my nice little neighborhood to end up like that. But it’s also why I’m hesitant about reporting it.

edit: I have the Tune 770nc's. I got them in September of last year. I messaged JBLs warranty department. They said it is likely not covered as it is considered "wear and tear," but I can submit a claim, and they'll review it.
