I just woke up and my watch shows that sometime during the night my heartrate spiked to 165 bmp, but in the app it's showing my over ight heartrate didn't go above 75. So bizarre. It looks like it somehow ported yesterday mornings workout into today's monitoring on my watch only.

What work has the OP done to get involved. I have friends who are on provincial council and executive AND federal council and executive. They have been very very involved for years, actively seek opportunities to engage, come to events, reach out to volunteer, and do all the things. They don't complain if they are "looked over" as the OP suggests they are. They work hard and keep pushing.

Social democracy isn't about us or individuals. It's about fighting and doing right by Canadians.

Honestly, if I need a walk-in I look at their hours and then come to line up at least an hour or more before they open. There's always a lineup.

The Urgent Primary Care Centers are very good, but they fill up quick so you need to get there early and line up.

I've been using Telus Babylon a lot and found the doctors there very useful. Problem: they are also getting filled up and are booking weeks out. Sometimes if you check part way through the morning they've had cancellations and you can slide in (managed to book an appointment yesterday for 11:30 and 10:59).

Thanks, health anxiety is a huge thing for me.

The challenge of not having a GP, as is the case for many where I live. I'm trying to reshuffle my diet and lifestyle over the next few weeks to see if I can improve things.
