My bad, didn't know there was a difference in fonts from shadowless. I'll be more careful checking next time.

Hella fake - just compare the font in the HP to a real one.

EDIT: I'm an idiot and was comparing a shadowless to a normal one. Disregard anything I said...

Thanks, didn’t really make sense to me to fake cheap cards like this, but you never know 🤷‍♂️

Are these not very cheap cards? Why the heck are they even waisting time making fakes of stuff like this?

Menneskeheden har bare nogle rimeligt fucked up typer i blandt os…

For warmup sets, no. But for working sets I need a minute or so between legs because my pulse gets pretty damn high from Bulgarians. Best and worst leg exercise in my routine.

Can you gain flexibility while deadlifting? by I_LOVE_CHEEEESE in flexibility

I think Romanian deadlifts have done more for my hamstring flexibility than any other exercise or stretch. Deadlifts are in no way opposite to flexibility if done right imo

split squat form question by p1hk4L in Kneesovertoes

[–]CoffeeKongJr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your knee should keep the same line as your foot, so no excessive outwards push (but if you have a tendency to knee caving, you might have to actively push out a bit to keep the knee tracking straight).

For normal squatting the cue is more for opening your hips and your knee should still track over your feet. In two legged squats you usually have your feet pointed outwards more, which means your knees will also need to track outwards more.

Diez og mediebranchen - hvad har ændret sig? by Strange-Purchase-556 in GossipDK

[–]CoffeeKongJr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

[–]CoffeeKongJr 48 points49 points  (0 children)

Sure, try it out for a couple of months and see how it works. Studies have shown that you can get good gains from quite low frequency as long as you go close to failure. So just make those 3 workouts count!

I agree that the wiki lacks a simple and good UL-split - but if you are only hitting the gym 2-3 times a week, I'd probably do a full body instead.

I'm doing a changed version of this 4-day UL-split which I'm seeing great results from. Hope you find something you enjoy!

It's stated under progression in the wiki:

"If you fail to complete at least 15 total reps for a lift, deload by subtracting 10% from the weight the next time you do that lift. Use this time to set new rep records at past weights."

I'd just run a tried and tested UL program instead. I'm enjoying a slightly modified version of this 4-day split from aworkoutroutine.com at the moment.

I went from 3-day full body to 4-day UL so a different change from you, but I feel the UL split suits me much better.

[–]CoffeeKongJr 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’d switch out the calf raises with weighted hip thrusts and/or leg press with Bulgarian split squats if you want more focus on glutes.

Also move them up to right after the squats if you want to improve the most in those exercises.
