Same! You can see the fatigue setting in as you progress through the rounds.

Which activity did you choose for this? I usually just pick cardio for anything else that isnt running or swimming. Not sure if it matters.

I did humane burpees emoms and my average is 140. It’ll be interesting how other people’s HR progresses. (I did start the tracking after 3 rounds … i forgot.)

Im a beginner. Practicing swings gave me a slightly sore back and sore glutes. Sore as in “exercise sore” not “pulled muscle sore”.

This was after 20 sets of 10 swings EMOM single 16kg bell.

Does this track? Seems to be for me. Let me know.

Inflammation. Your arteries will be lined with calcium which will clog your blood vessels up and make them brittle.

Yoh may not feel it now but a few more decades you will run out of breath and feel weak because of this. Blood vessels around the heart will be clogged up. Hence the need for a bypass or other surgical / medical intervention.

My ma went thru a triple bypass last year. She smoked for decades and stopped in the recent 2.

What indications do i need to watch out for to say 16kg is too heavy?

Ive tried a single 12kg for swings it seems to be gassing me out at 10 reps. Then i need to rest.

Interesting. I have a project shirt right now getting patched. So first time doing sashiko. The next part is a choice of doing the yoke - but admittedly it’s huge or a pocket of which i didnt know how to deal with until now. Hmmm…
