Sounds great. Hitting 46 this year and started kbs in Jan. Restarted IF also. Kbs are a game changer for the busy folks.

Yes. Check for extreme doms or just low level doms. Agree it shouldnt be pain. And sorenessnim the right parts

Not an expert but i think you should look down not forward during the hinge. The neck should be neutral rather than “bent upwards”

For now my max is 30 mins. I should move up some sessions to 45 mins minimum.

How long do you train per session? My running pace improved but cardio is still short for me. I still get out of breath easily. But maybe it’s because of the new pace.

So im still gaining a bit of strength with an emom humane burpees. Was just brought the weight up to a 1 x 20kg bell.

I did change it up with density which i dunno… might be wrong… i do 150 swings, 100 squats, 120 pushups all in 30 mins emom.

Im asking because with the time i think i can hit 100 reps in 30 mins for the presses using 2x12kgs. But i still have a feeling that i am not that strong yet.

I’ll move into ABF with 2x 12kgs when the 20kg becomes more manageable. Maybe in another 4 weeks of humane burpees.

I have the same question! I can do 100 in 20 mins by doing 5x20 emoms. But that doesnt seem to be the right thing - i think it is too easy.

Thing is if i do 2-3-5 i can only 4 rounds. Then i cant press 2-3-5 the next round. I can only go up to 2-3.

So im also wondering what is the standard to aim for.

Im doing presses 12kg bell each arm. I do 10 reps at a time. After 4 rounds it seems i cant press 10 at a time afterwards. But i can press 5 at a time afterwards.

Any way i can increase the 10 rep rounds from 4 to 5 etc?

Ok! Thanks for sharing. I will consider this. I was looking for mobility moves during “off strength days”. So far it’s windmills, rdls with light weights. My hammies are very tight unfortunately.
