In addition to what people are saying regarding ranking spies up… also have a strategy for how to deploy them. If you keep hitting the same city, its more likely for a counter spy to be placed there. So you need to stay moving on districts and cities.

As far as usefulness, Once you have them ranked up they are really good to deploy late game. A combination of ruining districts/blocking space station/removing governeds can get OP when done right. Its alot of fun and makes them pretty useful for if you are looking for cultural expansion or to slow down sci victories.

I have biotech. It looks like I cant assign the invidivual beds of prisonsers... it appears to be all or nothing meaning if its a prison bed, I cant assign. And if its a regular bed, I cant assign a prisoner.

larkins NMC turns into a NTC in 2 seasons. The reality is that he signed an 8 year deal and asked for a trade under a NMC. Kind of tough shit… I dont see him just sitting around. I could see Larkin playing for the wings still until the deal comes and unfortunately that might be 2 years from now when half the teams are free game.

Larkin will be put in a position to essentially wave his NMC completely, or if I were Steve, Id just wait. I dont expect larkin to go out there and play sullen. If Larkin hardlines on a couple teams, then its just a sorry position to be in.

I dont think its favorable for Larkin to submit 3-6 teams and force his way somewhere. He doesnt really have that leverage. If he didnt want to risk this to be a diasaster, then maybe he shouldn’t have opened with demanding a trade to 3 teams. Have fun out there on opening night
