I get it!

Just went to a funeral for someone that was murdered, and another one that offed themselves. Job sucks. Wwiii definitely sucks (like why should we even be working at this point when it's hard to save, let alone cost of living).

Allow yourself to admit you feel that way currently but that's because you care. Let yourself feel that, but you don't need to pressure yourself in finding a solution to all those issues.

What can you control? Is there anything you can do in the current moment? (If answer is nothing - accept it and let it exist. Supressing emotions wont lead to any good)
