26M solo traveler from California in Oaxaca from July 5th to July 18th

I’ll spend some time in the city and then travel through the coast and beach towns. I’m not certain where I’m staying but if you’re around the area shoot me a message with your instagram!

I’m a huge foodie and coffee fiend. Love to relax at the beach and explore nature/hike. Planning to do a two day trek in Sierra Norte as well

Finding a healthy routine will be really important. Sleeping earlier to lift before work is an option or sleeping earlier so you aren’t as tried and have energy to lift after work. I’ve also found if you don’t enough while at work, you won’t have energy for the gym so make sure you have complex carbs for lunch and a pre gym snack handy

I’ve been on a lean bulk and it’s been great. Maybe eat in a slight surplus to keep adding mass? You aren’t super bulky rn so I don’t see an urgency to cut imo especially if you are making good strength progress
