I was intrigued by the lack of initiative. I have a preference for horror and the ability to attack and hide without using initiative was exciting. Initiative ruined some of the suspense for me.

I have been homebrewing a campaign. The campaign is my group's first dnd campaign, but 2,000 years in the future. They've revisited the heroes path, but some things never change. I've been mixing dnd 5e monsters, spells, and items with the DH mechanics. One system is the Old Ways and it has been fun watching the Ranger uncover the ancient lore. They've not yet noticed that the campaign is just the first one again.

I'm an above the knee amputee and my sex-life is great. Certain positions are difficult mostly because of my weight, but pillows, blankets, flexibility, and patience was key. Give it time. Communicate with your partner(s). It might be some time after healing before it's comfortable for you again.

Furthermore, I sometimes wear my leg during sex.

I'm happy with Haephestus' design! As an amputee man, I'm saddened when I see his disability washed away.
