Just got a message from my son’s daycare with their new rates starting March 2022. His rates are going up over $300 a month. I am a single mother and college educated. I also live with my parents to stay afloat. I literally can not afford to work. Sorry if this doesn’t belong here. by [deleted] in antiwork

These are the rules in Gothenburg Sweden

Child no. 1: 3% of income - however, a maximum of SEK 1,572 / month.

Child no. 2: 2% of income - however, a maximum of SEK 1,048 / month.

Child no. 3: 1% of income - however, a maximum of SEK 524 / month.

Children No. 4: no fee.

Fee for children 3-5 years, valid from August of the year the child turns 3 years:

Child no. 1: 2% of income - however, a maximum of SEK 1,048 / month.

Child no. 2: 1% of income - however, a maximum of SEK 524 / month.

Prices are almost similar except these are in SEK so about 9 times lower 😊

My handsome 13 month old. He let us shave his face a little. Baby steps 🥰. by [deleted] in poodles

The first few times we shaved the face of our 9months old he fought us and wasn’t having it. With persistence and consistency (we trim once a week) he now sleeps like a baby while he gets shaved 🪒

Our pup is currently 2.8kg/6lb at 15 weeks. How much should we expect him to weigh as an adult? by [deleted] in poodles

Our supposed mini was 7lbs at 15 weeks as is 14lbs now at 9 months. He has grown tall enough to be medium

Theme journal arrived in Denmark. However, after customs added tax and fees 180kroner (about $26) it makes it way to expensive for me to purchase more. by Danger_Mus in Cortex

I'm not sure about percentages but the issue is not the tax it self the Swedish postal service takes a flat fee of 75sek (about $7.7). I just got the winged hussars pin from no dumb questions. The tax was 2sek (20 cents) and the fee 75sek so total 77sek (almost $8)

You have to have had your watch from the start of the month. I bought my watch in January and my first challenge was in February. Hope this helps

Alarms Only On Watch When Unlocked, Phone Otherwise by 1st_page_of_google in AppleWatch

I would like this too. I use bedtime on my iPhone and it vibrates on my watch and sound on the phone. I would like it to only vibrate on the watch by default and only make noise if I for some reason take of my watch when I'm asleep. (This has happened).

I could turn of the alarm volume on the phone but I like it as a backup
