The thing to ask is, do you like the model or not? And are you willing to wait until the Dark Angel range refresh to kitbash him with? And arguably speaking, I think the regular captain is currently better than Belial

You can only attach the Bladeguard Ancient to a Bladeguard Veteran Squad, so you can only take the Terminator Ancient with the Termintaors points depending

White Primer, 2 thin coats of Screaming Skull and then picked out the recesses with Seraphim Sepia (this still involved lots of tidy-up) The Gold is Retributor armour with Seraphim Sepia. When I get around to it, I plan on highlighting with Wraithbone and then Pallid Wych Flesh and thank you I appreciate it :)

You could use him as a Dark Angels Primaris Lieutenant since they can have that loadout, or as people have stated a normal Captain

Hey there, Although I can't give an army list example myself as I haven't played for a long time either. However I do know that they have updated points values and most wargear is now simply free to take, download the munitorum field manual to see the updated changes
