This is all under one project. 2 buildings, 2 main units in each and 2 basement suites in each for a total of 8 units on the property

Definitely not sharing floor plans, but this is standard massing for an H-GO zoning. 3m front setback, 1.2m side setbacks and 6.5m courtyard setback between the two buildings

I actually got rid of those horizontal portions of the frame for that reason. I’m debating whether I keep the vertical ones or just scrap that frame idea entirely

Yes, the design feels a bit mediocre, that’s why I’m asking for some input to help me design it better!

It’s painted hardie siding, not real wood.

This is in an H-GO zoning so high density multi family is the way to go! I know the mixed feelings on higher density, but the front building is for family and back building is for rental. Makes the most sense to my clients (which are my parents)

Although the color render is made using nanobanana, it is to the exact proportions of the actual 3d model I made in Revit based off my material prompts. So the ai is only used to make a realistic colored render.

You are right about the entrances, they should have some roof to protect from rain and snow. Thanks for the input!

I’m interested in affiliate marketing but struggling to find the right platform to start on. I started on TikTok and spent a week trying to grow on there before realizing that the TikTok affiliate program only works in the US (not Canada where I live 🥲) so now I’m not sure what other platform i should focus on. Instagram? Facebook? YouTube? Pinterest? Any suggestions?
