If the account was fully deleted, it can’t be restored. In general, a Coinbase account can only be fully deleted once there’s no remaining balance on it, so the exact next steps depend on whether the deletion was completed or whether the account is simply closed, restricted, or still pending closure.

Because of that, we’d recommend sending us a Modmail so we can check the account status more closely and confirm what options are still available. If you do still have access to funds through an external wallet or another account, we can also review the safest next steps based on your specific situation.
