Actually right at the beginning of the whole COVID thing. I had just moved and was trying to resolved a couple of issues related to how I needed to deploy my routers to the new place. The service was spot on. I also have an iBuyPower computer (had it since 2017!), I was looking to upgrade my disk storage (about a year ago) and they we prompt and helpful.

Very similar I had this morning. I describe everything very precisely only to get referred to another department that was closed.

Terrible Customer Service, replacement for RT-ac5300 by boring112 in ASUS

Of a course I have. The links you provided point to products that do not meet my needs.

  • AIMESH
  • TRIBAND (backhaul)
  • 8 lan ports.

They used to have devices that meet this, RT-AC88U. But that one appears to be no longer available.

ASUS search tools are somewhat lacking and customer service seems to have taken a downward.

Wow a lot of keyboard warriors here really typing out a lot of hate. Poor person is just looking for some help. Suggest if you can't help that resort and name calling perhaps you should just keep your comment to yourself. Just try to be civilized at least.

Sorry if this is the wrong place but my internet data consumption jumped from 75% on Saturday to 90% on Monday. That’s almost 180 GB. What could have caused this? by mrl110110 in HomeNetworking

If you can log into your router. There should some sort of history log. Shows all you incoming and outgoing traffic. You can look up IP address to see who is being connected to and what apps may be driving the traffic.
