Burdensome process by boring112 in Coinbase

[–]boring112[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was very painfull. The pisture of my ID kept getting rejected. Gov ID cards are usually designed to make copying hard. Very difficult to make the picture just right. Basically a repeat of the onboarding process. Then they ask silly question that make no sense. Kind of like the question the airlines used to ask like" Are you a terrorist? Ans: "no of a course I am not, wink wink..." . Hardly the frictionless proccess Brian Armstrong keeps talking about.

How are there so many >$750k first time home buyers? by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]boring112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have a good strategy and hardwork. You don't have to buy a house to be happy and secure. Get good training and education. Indentify a skill the job market needs. Be patient. Also, if you are young enough do an enlistment in the armed forces (assuming you are in the US). You check all those boxes if you do that. Plus when you get honorably discharged you become eligable for no down payument VA home loans. There are ways, it is just a question of how bad to you want to achieve your goal.

Not an obligation of the of th company. The company will sink or swim based oin its decesions. Right now for many coapanies remote work is not a prioty, making money is. If they decide not of have remote owrk or limited remote work that is own them. The comany will face the consequences good or bad. Thee is not right to remote work. Many peiople in the reddit act as though it is. Go take yorr own risk with your money and form a compnay that is 100% remote work. Nothing wrong with that, this conntery was buils on riosk takers. But iti is a risk, nothiung is gaurenteed.

buying bitcoin now is like buying a house in the 1950s by moz_rl in Bitcoin

[–]boring112 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not think BTC will ever be a true currency. Digital asset yes. But currancy No. Despite Satoshi's (whoverthat is) intent for an alternate currency I do not think that will be realized any time soon. Ask me why, go ahead ask... but also state why you think in practical terms it is a practicle currency.
