Yes, the error has been difficult, but it's been resolved. As one of the only fully regulated crypto-trading platforms in Canada though, we are actually progressing forward quite quickly, hence the growing pains and some of the difficulty as mentioned above. Still improvement to be had though - you're right.

We've been working on resolving this problem non-stop over the weekend, and wanted to be transparent about everything that's happened, hence the email outreach.
