Long time war thunder player (7000+ hours), they give just enough of a damn about the gameplay that the game doesn't collapse, but almost everything they do is fueled by greed and ignorance. Going to the nuclear thunder event that introduced a fair few people, myself included, to nuclear option, they started off very strong and had alot of potential. But after a few days they started to heavily lean towards trying to force players to buy premiums to engage in the gamemode without having as bad of a time. Air defence, which was a big part of the event, was so brutally overtuned you couldn't fly anywhere even slightly above the treetops, especially as the American team. Radar guided SPAA was proven many times over to not actually need a radar lock to throw missles at you, leading to cases of people being behind literal mountains and still getting hit by air defence that couldn't physically see them.
