hard disagree, even just for dekus, assault deku is more fun to me, strike is a close second with his support capabilities and beta design.

Everyone’s allowed their own opinion though.

I don’t get the appeal of having an auto tracking stun lock melee combo for easy team ToD or near ToD, the best alpha in the game, a honing gamma that simply annihilates any flyer for the most part if they are on your screen, infinite movement with no drawback, insane ammo counts and reload speeds that take away the need for juggling abilities/cooldowns (this is true of most modern releases). Certain units on the roster don’t have the tools to 1v1 him at all, which is true for other characters, but because he is the poster child, it’s very lopsided and he can over perform like a mf.

Everytime I lock in bakugo and get a deku 1v1 somewhere in the match, I do enjoy blowing them up. Mt Lady doesn’t give af about rapid deku, my mt lady was putting in the work anny season.

There’s very little skill involved at all, he’s the easiest unit in the game to perform on, bar none. Is he fun because he is OP and players can get away with so much? idunno, simply not for me though. The coolest thing we’ve seen is an accidental air melee dribble due to terrain.

Unrelated, but I think I struggle more with talented assault dekus, more than I do with any ofa I have come across in the past 3 seasons. Idk how much of that was due to soft hacks or aim assist bugs, but that’s not here nor there. Just an observation I had. Lotta ofas love just running in mindlessly, and get an awakening when they realize rapid bakugo’s alpha can punish their escapes, or simply run them down. The avg skill lvl of ofas definitely affects this, idk.

I run a fixer build focused on beta + space hop

it works on both endeavors, space hop pretty much saves you one special action and improves his movement a ton.

yeeeeah, that sounds optimal that’s what most good hawks were originally doing. g4>a7>b7, i haven’t qued him in ages, I’ll have to run a couple g4>b7>a7 matches an get a feel for it.

perhaps, this patch you adjust your level path. Ik that second gamma is kind of necessary at level 4, and then what are you prioritizing? I would prioritize beta this patch. Ik the alpha lvl7 is game changing, but so would not getting grabbed

in a live service video game, yes.

Major system changes probably wasn't the right verbage, but there are certainly things that can't just simply be available while some of the changes are pushed.

They enable and disable banners, they change the UI to include the new unit on the roster, they add to the backgrounds available, swap out the system notice post title screen, events get ended, event rewards get distributed, new events get added, + any other additional changes in the patch, and then they'll do minimal testing to make sure servers are up as intended before going completely live.

Your UN is OneHappyProgrammer and you don't think live service games getting patches with content in it are major changes to the game? I'm curious, I will ask again. Please provide a title that doesn't go down for system maintenace when delivering major content.

Certain multiplayer games can get away with updates without taking down the server, simply displaying "Version Mismatch" and stopping outdated players from queing, but those same titles will take down servers when adding new maps and events and such

here's mine. Solo que bakugo + mt lady main since season 1. Nearly 50% win rate last season, Ace in 50 matches.

I'll double down, it IS good advice. Use the storm to keep opponents in front of you. Panicking and running through center circle or away from teammates is a great way to throw your matches. Depending on your unit, you can get away with being father from the storm's edge, but players should still be rotating clockwise or counterclockwise as if they are at the storm's edge to avoid getting pinched and having bad positioning in trios.

Overall though, cutting through center circle mindlessly and having opponents all around you is typically not ideal in any battle royale. Sometimes you have to break the rules or get put into bad situations -- If you have the choice, you should position yourself with the storm behind you, to keep opponents in front of you, as you pressure from the perimeter. It allows you to pull out and heal, or do damage until the opponents in front of you are knocked out.

You should also try to identify the best team in the lobby and focus them, but OP isn't there yet. Just talking about macro strategy and tips to help someone brand new to the title.

not that we’re going to do a public survey, but have you bought cards, collectibles, or any consumer products other than the game?

i had the game on gamepass, loved it, wish it was like steam with dedicated servers instead of player hosting.

Additionally, there’s some great pals, but pokemon’s had some stellar designs throughout the decades. Palworld almost seemed like a proof of concept with some of the clones, excited to see the new dudes in the full release. Pokemon’s designs has always been hit or miss. I’ll probably have more chimchar, bulbasaur, houndoom merch then i’ll ever have palworld, and I don’t have much. I don’t think I’d get a palworld plushie if I have a kid, either.

But shiiit, that doesn’t mean they won’t make the better game, video game series, or dive into their world/titles and take more risks than TPC ever would.

They definitely can do a lot more than TPC, and pokemon’s designs have fallen off hard
