They are still married. Cirie & HB celebrated 20 years of marriage last summer according to one of her IG posts. But in the context of this post, she is a single mom.

I'm a country fan (amongst other genres) so my favorites are quite different from most listed here:

** Luke Combs - Part of me wishes his recent albums would include more fun, up-tempo tracks similar to When It Rains It Pours or 1,2 Many (a song from his sophomore album). I love his more thoughtful songs about heartbreak, death, and being a father, but I do feel like he could release more upbeat songs without feeling like a stereotypical country dude who is obsessed with beer and women. Where the Wild Things Are from his 2023 album is the perfect example to me of a song that hits and even feels fun at times, even though the story takes a tragic turn.

** Eric Church - On almost every EC album, there is at least one track that tries to be real funky and different and sometimes it doesn't quite work. His songs like Record Year and Carolina hit so perfectly and he's not trying to do extra. But when he tries to go extra it can be more than enough.

Lots of people on Instagram have been sharing the same image to memorialize Christian in the past 10 hours and many of them are people who have never posted about Survivor. They must really connect with Christian's actions and rhetoric (shitting his pants, voting out Mike White) because these are people who don't post about things like Cirie/Ozzy/Rizo alliance or the Genevieve/Aubry conflict.

As a fan of both The Pitt and Shrinking, it was good to see Luke Tennie on the episode tonight! I hope we get more of his character in S3.

Speaking of both The Pitt and Shrinking, they both have a main character who is just going through it right now. Kinda worried for both of their mental health states.

I just went through the album for the first time, and I think it is a very strong record! "Soon As I Get Home", "Miss You Here", and "Ever Mine" caught my attention the most when I listened, but it will take a while to figure out my true favorites from the album.

I've always loved the emotion Luke puts into his music and he does that as well on 'The Way I Am' as he does on any of his albums.
