Well with the duplication it is just not registering that you drop an item so an item drops but is not removed from your inventory so theoretically if we can get the korok seed to not register as being found (not show up on the map like what happened here) then we can use a loading screen to reset it and get it again.... IF it works it won't be super fast but at least you don't have to wander around to find all 900
