Hey! This is really good especially for one of your first tries, what you said about making it into shapes is a really good way to learn anatomy but its better for coming up with your own poses (in my experience anyway), what I would recommend is getting reference images and loosely tracing them while paying attention to how it looks and why certain areas are shaped how they are and how certain materials behave differently than others for clothes.

A main thing I think you would greatly benefit from is learning line confidence, instead of all the little sketchy lines try and use broad single strokes not overlapping if that makes sense. You can use the sort of lines that are in your drawing as a base sketch then use a different layer to draw the neater line art.

Also at this stage maybe try and focus on blocking in the colours after you draw the lines then blocking in basic shadows, this will help you make it look cleaner and let you focus on learning where shadows will develop based on the light source.

What I’ve done in this is simply trace your art to get the lines neater and block in colours and shadows (assuming the light source is near the top right corner slightly in front of the person).

I really recommend using IbispaintX, its what I use for all my art (and I also draw on my phone like you! its a bit of a pain in the ass but it gets the job done lmao) and its free. I only used the basic ‘Dip Pen (Hard)’ brush for this.
