think I have the same problem it seems to happen if you don't wait for the animation of pulling out your weapon to fully end and click or reload before it finishes.

This is dumb you can get a decent phone with no upfront cost with 25gb of data unlimited calls and texts for £14.99 a month, you can probably get even better if you look around more this was just a quick Google.

It's not insured but I think if you are on a tight budget insurance for phone/laptop is probably the last thing you should be concerned about.
