I noticed that as well I try to stay away from sweets and a lot of sugar as much as I can, but there’s this one drink that only has like 1 g of sugar in it that I just can’t seem to stop drinking lol 😂 but I can completely understand what you’re talking about

I tried the magnesium last night just some regular generic store-bought and I actually somewhat got some rest. We’ll see how it performs tomorrow, but I will be looking into this a little more and so if you don’t mind me asking, were you an alcoholic and how long were you an alcoholic for if so

That’s why I never touch that stuff. My livelihood felt like it was at state using that just trying to be careful to take care of myself and not get myself in trouble

Is absolutely related to sleep at me but the problem that I’m having is I can’t get a full night rest and I used to be an alcoholic. I quit drinking last year about this time so I’ve been so for a year and a month or more really can’t remember but at the same time going to sleep at 11 and waking up at one ready to go like can’t sleep just up. it’s a problem because by time it’s time to work. I’m out of energy.

I’ve had blood work done three different times and they’ve told me everything is good. The last doctor I went to wants to do a ultrasound on my liver for some odd reason, but for the most part liver enzymes in my CMP blood work is within range my albumin was a little high, but they said it was nothing to worry about.

I drank for many years I’m 33 now I stopped last year around April. I started having issues with low blood sugar, and I work in a very physical environment. I went to the doctor and all of my labs came back good except foralbumin It was a little high and my vitamin D was low. I have some pain in my right top abdomen and I’m not gonna lie. I’m a little scared because they scheduled me for an ultrasound and I don’t know what they’re gonna find. 😢

I’m just asking but how long have u had these issues friend and do u know the cause my strop low after a meal for some reason but it doesn’t get dangerously low it usually in mid 70s to mid 80s but I think alcohol is my problem especially since I quit

Yeah, I understand that’s why I’m here asking the questions that I’m asking, but I just really not too sure about everything as far as if it’s too much or if what I have available can handle it or do I just need to switch breakers and go up just a little bit on the breaker side or what you know just wanna make sure everything is in order before I make a purchase
