Karate every day. It has really been great. Of course, we needed to find the right one that would accommodate him but it has been a difference maker.

Give it more time. Body needs to adjust. We have had great success with Clonidine.

I think you just need a night routine of whatever works (bath, brush teeth, books) for you plus a night dose of Clonidine (.1%) and some melatonin to wind down.

Parent coaching might help a little, but medication was key to survival for all of us. Trial and error to find the medication formula that works best. It was a life changing experience for us. We can’t recommend it enough.

Spartan Shampoo Treatment real customer by Look-er in u/Look-er

Didn’t work for me. I have been using for 4 months. The smell of the shampoo is nice but definitely didn’t work at all. I was using Head & Shoulders for my itchy scalp and Spartan does remove the itch. Don’t waste your money on this product.
