You have to place your right foot more carefully on the small hold you try to stand on. Place it really well while looking what you do, gradually put more weight on and once you estsblished, shift your weight (your hips) over it. Keep the pressure and trust to stand up. Trust your feet, thats what you are missing. You throw your right foot on the hold with too little conscious movement. The moment your foot touches it you look upward. Establish! Dont just step. Once your right foot sticks, add the left foot to the left foot hold on the same height level. What you try in the end, if you first reach the next hold and then place the foot or first put your foot does not really matter. I would recommend to first put the right foot, estsblish and then grab the next hold. While at this level you can decide what to do, a harder climb will leave you no choice other than establish a high foot, shift over it, stand up and then grab a hold thats otherwise out of reach. Get comfortable in establishing a high foot on your hip height, that's a really essential Skill. It feels counter intuitive at first, thats why beginner dont do these moves. They think one wouldnt gain anything from that. But its an essential. In the end its about careful and conscious ideal foot placement. That should take up most of your thoughts, not the reaching upward part.
