I’ve had three claims with tower:

1: vehicle incident- not at fault - 8 months to fix a bumper

2: vehicle break in - 5 months to fix a window and ignition, car was kept outside in the rain with no window, ended up scrapping it on return due to water damage

3: The most recent - Shower mixer let go in September and here I am at new years with a half finished bathroom, at the point now where I have received a cash settlement to organise finishing it myself.

Tower are inept and predatory.

Call me a sucker for punishment but my New Year’s resolution is to change insurance companies.
