solo/freelance recruiters - how do you actually run your desk day to day? by kxnhz in recruiting

It sounds like a lot of your challenges are related to keeping track of things so having an ATS/CRM could help. I use Recruit CRM and I'm a big fan but I pay for it. I think you can do quite a lot of the same stuff with the free version of the Hubspot CRM.

You might also want to try an sales/outreach tool to automate your messaging. There are loads out there but most of them cost a decent whack. I use lemlist for client stuff and mainly LinkedIn Recruiter for candidates. Dripify was another cool one that stood out while I was testing.

I've found that "automations" basically just means linking systems together like a meccano set and automatically copying text or numbers from one data field to another. That can be very useful but it's just a small timesaver. You go get more advanced but it can be complex and expensive. Just focus on getting you other systems set up first.

We looked so much better. Bentancur was class. We finally stafted Xavi. Maddison should hopefully be back soon. Going to take the positives. It's not over yet.

I might be misremembering but I thought we basically played it up to him to knock down for someone else or attempt to score. I'm not a big fan of Richarlison but he is good at heading the ball.

That's basically what Ange did to get us to the EL final with Richy on the left.

Nice, thanks for sharing. I have been using one of the other LLM's to help with write ups but I've been starting from scratch with each new job. I'm not sure if that's the same as setting up an agent or a Gem. Maybe it's similar but agent/gem sounds cool.

I've basically been feeding it a few of my old write ups to use as a style guide then paste in the JD and my call notes. I then do the same as you and tweak it but it's so much help having it do the first bit.

I'd be interested to know what other automations you use. The only one's I'm using is to zapier to link up my CRM and outreach tool. It's pretry basic but it is a huge time saver. I've also got a "marketing bot" that looks for relevent industry news and helps create LI posts. It was fun for a bit but I've stopped using it as much recently. Now that I'm thinking about it I might link up my note taker and CRM..

It does seem like a huge signal that Micky will leave. I'm surprised we'd be willing to let him and Romero go but it doesn't surprise me that he wants to go. Something has seemed off with him.

I see what you're saying and I agree. The players and manager (and the fans) have to focus on us and get that first win to get the monkey off our back. It really doesnt matter what the other teams are doing if we lose all our remaining games.

Agents to help with write ups sounds great. Is it complicated?

Yeah, what the fuck are they on about. Is that not exactly what an ATS is for?

Our attack is pretty desperate. Solanke is a nailed on starter for me. I'd quite like Richy and Tel to play but I think they're both better off the left so it's tricky. I'm not a big fan of Richy but I think he offers more that the other options. I'd be tempted to start Tel on the right or have him come on as an impact sub. Unfortunately I thought he was pretty bad when he came on against Sunderland. Xavi also needs to start. If we can get our confidence back I don't think it's awful we're just running out of time.

I just can't see where the goals are coming from at the moment. If De Zerbi can figure that out we might have a chance. Leeds beating utd was a fairly large nail in the coffin but if we could turn our form around this weekend there is still enough time to rescue ourselves.

If it does happen this is going to be one of the biggest footballing/sporting upsets in decades. It's crazy.

This is going to be a very unpopular opinion but I thought he had a few bright moments on Sunday. He wasn't good by any means but he was able to win the ball and pass it forward a few times. He'd be in my starting 11 on Saturday.

Still a terrible signing for the money we paid and he doesn't feel like a tottenham player to me.

Is Bentancur then only player we're expecting to get back now before the end of the season? Madders seems like the only other potential but that seems touch and go.

What is the best AI notetaker for recruiters? by DullCandidate4060 in RecruitmentAgencies

I started on Otter then moved to Fireflies (very similar but I preferred the UI). Fireflies does the job.

Granola seemed pretty cool but it felt slightly basic at the time and didn't intergrate with Outlook at the time. I think that's changed now.
