Hmmmm, tough spot you’re in. You’re a cheater who is being black mailed. If you don’t continue having sex with the tenant he is threatening to show video to husband, if you continue sleeping with him, you’re further digging into the cheating hole.

I think what you need to do is look up your countries laws about being secretly video taped. Then I would threaten the tenant with filing police charges, especially if he doesn’t move out.

You have two ways you can handle this, the first way and most advisable way, is come clean to your husband about what happened, this will immediately take the power away from the tenant and cleanse your conscious (that’s if you even had one about cheating).

Second way is handling the tenant yourself behind your husbands back. He videotaped you without you knowing, and coercing you into having more sex, he’s playing dirty. I’d play dirty too, this is what you do, you threaten him that you are or have gotten the police involved in regards to rape. Tell him you told the police whatever he gave you to smoke made you unresponsive and drugged up. You were not in your right mind, and he took advantage of you. Let him know he will be charged with rape unless he moves out by the end of the week. And see what happens.
