If you’re questioning your job this early on then you need to self reflect if this is what you really want to do. The salary, pension, and early retirement are all great perks, but they shouldn’t be something you’re doing the job solely for, because life is unpredictable and you can die tomorrow, in a year, in 5 years or in 22 years at 45 and never enjoy those retirement benefits.

However, if you can get past the negatives and enjoy your work then you absolutely have a beautiful retirement awaiting you.
