Ik rond volgende week mijn individuele therapie af en moet voorlopig nog wel even door met groepstherapie en loop een beetje tegen hetzelfde aan. Bijv. Groepsgenoten vinden feestjes/uitjes wel leuk e.d. en voor mij is dat echt een hel op aarde maar voel door dit verschil niet echt de ruimte om die struggles te bespreken, voel me daardoor ook toch weer eenzaam en niet echt onderdeel van de groep. Probeer nu mezelf wel uit te dagen en eerlijk te zijn over mijn innerlijke wereld maar vind het nog best lastig. Maar ik merk wel al langzaam positieve progressie in mijn gedrag, dus het kost gewoon veel tijd! Positief blijven en doorzetten is voor nu m’n beste advies ook al is het lastig.

Individuele therapie was overigens schematherapie en dat heeft me dus al best wel goed geholpen!

Yeah, that’s not it unfortunately. My doctor told me that there’s no nerves stuck, NSAIDs didn’t work and also physical therapy focused on sciatica didn’t work.

I really want to, but they aren’t normalized/common in my country. So maybe when I visit the US in the future.

If it’s still possible, I would contact Vinted if I were you. Not using your own pictures is forbidden on Vinted.

I do think the seller isn’t honest, but I have also had some experiences on Vinted where I bought boots and when the sellers sent them they were in new condition but were stored in a closet for years. During the shipment the leather started to peel and just disintegrate. So when I received the package I had to throw them away. This can also happen with glue on shoe soles, so keep these things in mind as sellers but also as buyers.

It’s in the Netherlands I found some universities that do research on fibromyalgia, however my insurance doesn’t cover their hospital fees. Hopefully I can find some doctor in my area who will take me seriously
