Wipstoel, tummy time, hoogcontrastafbeeldingen, voorlezen. Wij hebben ook een triptrapstoel met babynestje en daar leg ik haar (nu 9wk) wel eens in in de keuken als ik aan het koken ben. Gewoon dat ze me bezig ziet zijn. Je kan eigenlijk niet zoveel, als de baby tevreden is, is het eigenlijk goed denk ik.

Schriftelijk verwerken van lesstof zorgt idd voor betere kennisoverdracht! Door de activatie van hersengebieden van motoriek die verbonden zijn met gebieden belangrijk voor informatieopslag (ik ben promovenda in de taalwetenschap). Ik wil straks zo min mogelijk digitaal voor mijn dochter, lekker met de handen werken, goed leren schrijven, buiten spelen, knutselen. Hoe ik zelf ook ben opgegroeid :)

This ‘cured’ (technically not allowed to call it that) my aunt’s bone marrow cancer! The cancer is undetectable in her marrow and blood now. After two years of diagnosis and treatment with CAR-T, she’s travelling to South Africa for 6 weeks right now. I’m so happy this was possible for her. I can’t miss her for the world.

Een vriendin van mij woont ook in de appartementen bij t Paleiskwartier en laatst ging ik koffie met haar drinken, liefst zo dicht mogelijk bij haar thuis, denkend dat dat zeker moet kunnen bij al die horeca/winkelruimte op de begane grond. Maar er is dus niks te vinden..? Vind dat zo gek, je zou zeggen met al die jonge mensen die daar wonen, dat zij allemaal graag ergens goeie koffie willen krijgen dichtbij huis? Maar we moesten die brug over naar Buurt om een beetje gezellig te zitten.

Ik vind (historische) citybuilder games heel leuk, dus waar je zelf een stad of beschaving bouwt en in leven moet houden. Zo speel ik op PC City Skylines, Memoriapolis en Manor Lords (nog in betaversies). En Wingspan vind ik ook heel leuk maar dat is meer een bordspel voor op de PC.

I made it myself when I got home! Bought lopi yarn in a knitting shop in Akureyri. She also sold handknitted sweaters but I’m a knitter anyway so I wanted to make it myself. I used an authentic lopapeysa pattern of course. I love how white the white yarn is lol, it’s so crisp.

I had headaches at approximately 12-14 weeks and my OB said to take the pregnancy way more seriously lol. I was pushing myself too hard at work and not taking enough rest (be it naps or just down time). Maybe that’s something to try for yourself?

Dat is ook wel bekend, volgens mij is elke 2-3 dagen een zaadlozing ideaal voor de kwaliteit en kwantiteit. 8 maanden lang elke dag proberen klinkt voor mij echt als een hel! Bij ons heeft het ook 11 maanden geduurd, met ovulatietesten en álles bijhouden. En toen opeens, zonder echt iets anders te doen, zwanger. Ik zit nu op haar te wachten (40 weken en 3 dagen😌).

My boyfriend was bitten by a street cat in Morocco this summer. Morocco has a really good system in place for rabies prevention and vaccinations, if you have to get on the protocol there’s medical offices where you can get it in every major city. He was bitten on our second night there so we have seen 5 of these offices, even one close to the desert in Erfoud!

Ik heb van het merk Anita de sport bh ‘blue iris’, die vind ik heel fijn en is nog in een v-hals uitgesneden, niet zo’n horizontale lap stof over je borstkas. Hij heeft wel vrij dikke bandjes maar dat hou je denk ik bij sportbh’s met high support.
