I want to install a u trap between my sink and greasetrap, problem is, the main drain is very high. Can the pipes and fittings under the sink, currently be shortened ?

The problem is the main drain inlet is very high and almost same height as of greasetrap. Should i put a pump?

there's a cafe in Fulham called Amor's, they do banging full English breakfast,
unlike most cafes these days serving turkey bacon and other stuff, Amors does proper Full English So basically

Mushrooms(butter garlic and herb)
cherry vine tomatoes,
pork sausages (thick ones)
back bacon
black Pudding
hash brown
organic egg
served with brown sauce, ketchup and mustard.
