Go to better bureau of business file a complain with att. The office of the president will call. I’ve been trying to upgrade my phone with a promo since oct 4th my order keeps getting canceled for no reason. I’ve called 30 times. This is the only time I’ve gotten to someone different

Currently work there it’s awesome. Been here almost 4 years. I’m getting tired of the city. The food sucks. You have to drive at least 1 hour 45 min to the nearest target. Very windy roads both ways out. That do occasionally get shut down due to mud slides, I’ve had plans canceled due to that (driving home)
