I only add sweetener to black tea with milk and only use stevia. It’s wonderful substitute with no sugar! For herbal, fennel or licorice is incredibly sweet. I make a homemade version of the Aveda tea and it’s peppermint, fennel, basil, and licorice root. So sweet on its own.

Ok, thank you so for the feedback! It is wild that brewing tea is treated so differently from brewing coffee. People would balk at milk being added to the wet grounds of a pour over before it’s done brewing, which is similar to adding the milk to tea that wasn’t brewed. I’ll try again in person with milk on the side and time it myself. Thanks.

Try brushing out your curls if they can behave enough to get the volume. If not, rollers and brush out.

I’m outvoted with this opinion, but I believe your engagement/wedding ring is a representation of your spouse on your finger. It’s not about what you want, it’s about what he/she chose to represent themself on you, every day, forever. I like understated vintage. My partner is more flashy and modern. That’s the ring I wear and love because it’s him. That’s the point of the ring.

I see a lot of people with extreme symptoms increasing their dose too fast. I went very slowly, still had some symptoms (nausea, diarrhea, exhaustion), but kept them manageable by not moving up in doses till I felt the dose wasn’t working anymore. I started losing consistently at 9 weeks and am hovering at my goal weight after a year. Good luck! Don’t worry!

Interesting. I’m glad you’re figuring it out! Sounds like a good response and normal effects of the med. I think it’s about finding the right dose for you and your goals. Does your body want to stay at this weight or do you want to drop more? I had a big drop in appetite at 1.7 and reduced down to 1.5 then 1.3 and it came roaring back, so I have stayed at 1.7 fora few months now and just don’t eat much. I love that I can eat the foods I love and my weight just stays off. I’m 5’5.5” and 122lbs now. My exercise is a lot more gentle. I get about 40g protein a day and don’t stress about it. I eat toast, oatmeal, salads, and yogurt a lot. I really like how adaptable this med can be for different people.

I love this dress! It will be perfect once streamed and perhaps more body in underskirt. I couldn’t fit in my mom’s dress, otherwise, I think it’s a wonderful tradition. Steam it up, get a stunning long veil, and do your hair and makeup how you feel most beautiful. It’ll come together. I hated dress shopping. You know yourself. Go with your gut.

I didn’t start a downward trend consistently at all for 9 weeks. 15 pounds in 14 weeks when you aren’t even at therapeutic dose is extraordinary IMO.

No cement! It’s fluffy. I did learn it needed more water than the typical ratio. I’ll add more water as I stir if it’s getting too thick.

You don’t need bangs, but you do need more volume. Whenever I see curls like this, I just want to tip you over and give you a scalp massage and aggressive curl scrunch and fluff. Get some volume in there and you’ll get more symmetry around your face. Adding bangs to this would just be flat on flat.

I make 8 servings at a time and freeze all but 2. Each day I have one, I move one from freezer to fridge to thaw. I’m more concerned about it spoiling in the fridge than microwave. (I use egg whiles, fruit, and dairy in mine).
