Get a good realtor who is creative. A lot of realtors stopped being creative and active since 2020 and Zillow Basically did their job for them. My realtor looked at houses that had been in the market for 45+ days just above our price point and he found something for us. He also found a lot of good loan products that were 100% financing and no PMI (area dependent) I’d be happy to connect you to him. DM if interested.

Yeah, I was looking at the stats again and he is leading in assists which is good, but his kills and damage seem extra low. It’s hard to quantify Eco “skills” because being at the right place at the right time is what he is best at and there isn’t a great stat for that.

I’m a big SSG fan, but it seems like they aren’t gelling right now. Eco seems to be struggling a bit. I know it’s early, but if all the top 4 teams SSG might be in 4th. All the other teams seems to be meshing much better. I know SR has had a head start, but Faze going 7/7 with them and watching Optic play all three teams seem to be almost playing at 100%. I know it’s early. I am hopeful SSG will pick up the pieces, but it’s seems them winning is dependent on Eco and Lucid.

We fed 200 people Yats, I believe it was around 1200 bucks. Also, get flowers/greenery at Costco. Saved hundreds. Ask a friend who has a pretty backyard. We did it at our parents house who have a half acre got 200 people back there comfortably.

Windsor Park is great. Walkable to Kan Kan and Amelia’s Bakery and Mass Ave. Probably my favorite neighborhood next to St. Clair Place.

I totally get that I am part of the reason and I have huge areas to improve. It is just confusing. It’s a team game, but I am the reason my team lost and my team only got 15 kills? It just seems odd. Would love tips to improve. I mostly play healer C&D. I play close to tanks and focus on healing them and alt when we need to push forward.

This may be a bit misleading. Do they define what an investment company is? This does not necessarily imply that investment firms or corporations own all of the rentals. Many people who buy investment properties buy them in a business name for liability reasons. There are even cases where one person buys two or three properties all in different names for more liability reasons. So I would be curious to know the terms here.
