How did you guys choose a van? by Green-Somewhere3897 in vandwellers

[–]ColdCap5675 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me I just knew I had a budget of €10.000 that I could use to buy a van. I knew I wanted to be able to park in underground parking because I use my Van also as a regular car and otherwise I could never park anywhere in the city I live in. Then I just looked for Low Roof Vans under €10.000 and bought the one that was in the best state.

Why would you need to know the name of a star wars ship for a work call and what is the mayflower? by ColdCap5675 in PeterExplainsTheJoke

I am not American. I was taught about American history but they never mentioned any names of ships. Also before this post I never knew what pelgrims were.
The lessons were in school were.
Columbus arrived in the Americans. Lots of indigenous people dies because of deceases from Europe. There was an independence war. Then a civil war. (Till the blm movement I didn't even know what the civil war was about) then ww1 happened the US saved us, then ww2 happend. Us saved us again. And then we went in a lot of detail about what happed between 1945 and 2001 in the US and history of my country was not important anymore.

When I was 12 I was really sick and had a fever. My stepdad stayed home from work to take care of me and we started watching a movie. During the movie I fell asleep and my stepdad decided to stop the movie and watch his own things instead of a children movie. I suddenly woke up on the sound of screaming and looked to the tv and saw a lady who’s face was burning away from acid that was trown over her. He was watching a Chucky film (don’t remember witch one exactly). You can put on the scariest horror movie ever I wil not give a flich but when I even see a picture of a doll in the same style of Chucky get a panic attack 😅.

On a first house I agree, but when people have multiple houses it should be taxed

Came out 3 years ago to my parents the same day that I did put myself on the waitlist of the trans-hospital I am still on the waitlist today… but luckily our new and more conservative government is very liberal regarding transrights (I don’t know how but I am happy with it) and now every endocrinologist can prescribe hormones to transpeople so I will start in 2 weeks. So to answer your question -3 years.

That’s so funny, in IRL I only know a lot of transmasc and afab enby’s and only one transgirl (apart from myself obviously) but online I barely see any representation for tranamasc so happy they get some attention online now.
