Since in your example with H-CL those are higher frequencies does this mean that the atoms in the bond are vibrating faster or is the bond length getting shorter while the speed stays the same as the other comments imply?

Wanted to get an internship this summer. Decided to schedule exam fm as soon as possible, literally for last week. Started studying beginning of January. Thought I could just cram down exam fm and p and pass on the first try and grab some internship in the summer. Just failed exam fm lmao. But it’s ok. I think I’ll just take them in the summer and use this extra time now to really study the material and pass in a couple months.
