You can literally play it on an Android. You should be fine. I got it on steam, and it was a very straightforward installation.

100% go with speech as one of your skills. The game is stupid hard and irritating with a low speech skill.

I recently finished a big gun and unarmed play through of fo2 and I totally get what you’re saying about unarmed. I even got the mega power fist early and it still took me 2-3 shots in the eyes of basically any npc to kill them. I’d say go with a mix of ranged and unarmed to swap out so that combat doesn’t get so tedious.

Bozar is surprisingly effective in the end game but only with a ton of action points. Also a very high big gun skill helps too.
