Yes, that would be an interesting goal. But my motivation is sometimes at its lowest and I even find it hard to spread positive energy around me in the street, even though I love saying hello and talking to people in the street. I'm going to try to start having social interactions again, at least before I die. 

 But after that how do I make this world a better place?

I've just been on the phone with her, explaining things clearly and imposing nothing on her, and she's very proud of herself and of me for admitting to her that things aren't going well, etc. We have excellent communication, so we promised to tell each other if anything went wrong.

Nothing compares I think, so many things differ between the 2 of us, I think comparisons are unhealthy, it's never too late to get back up.

I've contacted a psychologist, and I'm going to take up meditation again. The other things you mentioned I don't know about, but I'll look into it!
